Terms and conditions

These Terms and conditions govern the relationship between Taiminvest EOOD, hereinafter "the Seller", and the users of the online shop www.popartvibe.com, hereinafter "the Customer".

By using the site and/or placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and conditions.

2. Subject

PopArtVibe is an online shop selling finished physical artworks: paintings, figures and lifestyle pieces.

All products offered are finished items. We do not sell personalised, made-to-order or digital products.

3. Products

3.1. Every product is described with a photo, name, size and price.
3.2. Photos are illustrative. Colours and details may differ slightly because of the nature of the artwork and your screen settings.
3.3. All products are intended for personal use and interior decoration.

4. Prices

4.1. All prices are in euro.
4.2. Prices are final and include all applicable taxes.
4.3. Delivery is free on all orders, both within Bulgaria and to the countries of the European Union.

5. Orders

5.1. Orders are placed through www.popartvibe.com.
5.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation by email.
5.3. The Seller may refuse an order if the item is sold out or the Customer's details are incorrect.

6. Payment methods

6.1. Card payment. Payments are processed by the licensed payment provider myPOS. PopArtVibe does not store and has no access to the Customer's card details.
6.2. Cash on delivery. Payment in cash or by card to the courier on delivery. Available for deliveries within Bulgaria only.

7. Delivery

7.1. We deliver within Bulgaria and to the countries of the European Union.
7.2. Deliveries in Bulgaria are made by Speedy, to an office or to an address. Deliveries to other EU countries are made by an international courier.
7.3. Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1 to 5 working days. Delivery times for other countries depend on the destination and are confirmed to the Customer by email.
7.4. Orders are accepted automatically on the site for parcels up to 50 kg within Bulgaria and up to 30 kg to other EU countries, counting the greater of the actual and the volumetric weight. For heavier or bulkier parcels, contact us at info@popartvibe.com or +359 88 872 6999 and we will arrange delivery.
7.5. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the Customer on delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
8.2. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
8.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.

9. Refunds

9.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the Seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days.
9.2. Refunds are made using the original payment method:

• card payment: refund to the same card;
• cash on delivery: bank transfer.

10. Complaints

10.1. If a product arrives defective or damaged, the Customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours.
10.2. Complaints are accepted by email at info@popartvibe.com.
10.3. If the complaint is justified, the product is replaced or the amount is refunded.

11. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for:

• delays caused by the courier;
• force majeure;
• improper use of the product by the Customer.

12. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered here. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

13. Personal data

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy policy.
