This Privacy policy explains how Taiminvest EOOD processes, stores and protects the personal data of users of www.popartvibe.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian law.

2. What personal data we collect

When you use the site and place an order, we may collect:

  • first and last name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • delivery address or chosen courier office;
  • invoice details, if you ask for an invoice: company name, company ID (EIK), VAT number, manager and registered address;
  • a note to your order, if you leave one;
  • order and payment details;
  • your name, email and message, when you write to us through the contact form;
  • your email address and language, when you subscribe to the newsletter, and the dates you subscribed, confirmed and unsubscribed;
  • IP address and technical information about your device.

PopArtVibe does not store card details. Card payments are processed directly by the licensed provider myPOS.

3. Why we process your data

We process personal data to:

  • process and deliver orders;
  • issue payment and accounting documents;
  • communicate with you;
  • send the newsletter about new artworks and sales, if you have subscribed to it;
  • handle complaints and returns;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • keep the site secure.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of:

  • performance of a contract (your order);
  • a legal obligation;
  • the controller's legitimate interest;
  • your explicit consent, where applicable (for example, for the newsletter).

5. Who receives your data

We share personal data with third parties only when necessary:

  • courier companies, for delivery;
  • the payment provider myPOS;
  • our hosting provider, whose servers run the site and the order database;
  • our email provider, through which we send order confirmations and replies to your messages;
  • accounting and legal partners;
  • public authorities, when required by law.

All recipients process the data in accordance with GDPR.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data:

  • for as long as needed to fulfil the order;
  • for the periods required by accounting and tax law;
  • until consent is withdrawn, where processing is based on consent.

You subscribe to the newsletter with an email confirmation and can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter. After you unsubscribe we keep only your address marked as unsubscribed, so that we do not write to you again; on request we delete it completely.

After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

8. Right to complain

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

9. Data security

Taiminvest EOOD applies technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction and unlawful disclosure.

The site uses only necessary cookies and your browser's local storage to make the cart and favourites work. See the Cookie policy for details.

11. Changes

Taiminvest EOOD may update this Policy. The current version is always published on the site.
