These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Timeinvest EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”, and the users of the online store www.popartvibe.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.

By using the site and/or placing an order, the Client declares that he/she is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

  2. Subject
    PopArtVibe is an online store for the sale of ready-made physical art products (paintings and works of art).

All products offered are ready-made items. No personalized, custom-made or digital products are offered.

  1. Products
    3.1. Each product is described with a photo, name, size and price.
    3.2. The photos are illustrative. Minor differences in colors and details are possible, due to the nature of the artwork and screen settings.
    3.3. All products are intended for personal use and interior decoration.
  2. Prices
    4.1. All prices are indicated in Euro (Euro).
    4.2. Prices are final and include all applicable taxes.
    4.3. The delivery price is not included in the price of the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Orders
    5.1. Orders are placed through the website www.popartvibe.com.
    5.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation by email.
    5.3. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in case of out of stock or incorrect data from the Customer.
  4. Payment methods
    PopArtVibe offers the following payment methods:

6.1. Payment by bank card
Payment by card is made through the licensed payment operator myPOS.

PopArtVibe does not store and has no access to the Customer’s card details.

6.2. Cash on delivery
Payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment from the courier.

6.3. Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer to the provided IBAN. The order is processed after receipt of the amount.

  1. Delivery
    7.1. Deliveries are made only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
    7.2. Delivery is carried out by courier company.
    7.3. The delivery period is from 1 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
    7.4. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt.
  2. Right of withdrawal
    8.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving a reason.
    8.2. The product must be returned in its original condition, without traces of use and with the original packaging.
    8.3. The return costs are at the expense of the Customer.
  3. Refund Policy
    9.1. After receiving and checking the returned product, the Merchant will refund the amount paid within 14 days.
    9.2. The refund is made using the same method as the payment was made:

payment by card → refund to the same card
cash on delivery → bank transfer
bank transfer → bank transfer
This requirement is in accordance with the myPOS rules.

  1. Complaints
    10.1. Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, the Customer must notify the Merchant within 48 hours.
    10.2. Complaints are accepted by email: info@popartvibe.com.
    10.3. In case of a justified complaint, the product will be replaced or the amount will be refunded.
  2. Limitation of liability
    The Merchant is not liable for:

delay due to the courier’s fault
force majeure
incorrect use of the product by the Customer

Applicable law
Bulgarian legislation applies to all unresolved issues.
Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – by the competent Bulgarian court.

Personal data
The personal data of the Customers are processed in accordance with the current legislation and the Privacy Policy of the site.
