      2.1. Delivery area<\/p>\n\n

      Deliveries are made only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n

      2.2. Delivery method<\/p>\n\n

      Delivery is made via a courier company (Econt or another specified when ordering).<\/p>\n\n

      2.3. Delivery time
      The delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days, starting from confirmation of the order or from receipt of payment by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n

      2.4. Delivery cost
      The delivery cost is calculated automatically upon completion of the order and is paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n

      2.5. Receiving the shipment
      Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer is obliged to check its contents in the presence of the courier.
      In case of visible damage, a protocol should be drawn up with the courier.<\/p>\n\n

      1. Right of withdrawal and return
        3.1. Right of withdrawal
        The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        3.2. Return conditions
        The product must be:<\/p>\n\n

        in its original condition
        without traces of use or damage
        with the original packaging
        The return costs are at the expense of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n

          4.1. Refund period
          After receiving and checking the returned product, the Merchant refunds the amount within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          4.2. Method of refund
          The amount is refunded using the same method as the payment was made, as follows:<\/p>\n\n

          payment by bank card \u2192 refund to the same card
          cash on delivery \u2192 bank transfer
          bank transfer \u2192 bank transfer
          This is in accordance with the requirements of the myPOS payment operator.<\/p>\n\n

          1. Complaints
            5.1. Grounds for complaint
            Complaints are accepted in the event of:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            defective product received
            damage during transportation
            inconsistency with the order
            5.2. Submission deadline
            The customer must notify the Merchant within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.<\/p>\n\n

            In the event of a justified complaint, the product is replaced or the amount is refunded.<\/p>\n\n

              mechanical damage caused by improper use<\/p>\n\n

              damages that occur after receipt of the product<\/p>\n\n
